1.) Turnkey: You choose the plot, bring in your plans, we take over and offer you a full turnkey price for the completed house. You can make stage payments as the work progresses.

2.) Assisted construction: You choose the plot, bring in your plans (or we can assist with this), then we will provide you with the workforce and help you monitor the construction.

If you want to build your own house to your own specification Brasilinda can locate and provide for you the ideal plot on which to build the house. We can then assist you with the planning of the project, we can help you obtain all the necessary permissions for construction and then we start:

Here is a plot of land right on the lagoon of about 4000 sq mt where we build an original house under the palm trees and overlooking the lagoons and the mountains on the other side. The land already had a skeleton of an old building which we decided to use as the basis for our construction.
